Our Approach
Unlikely Developments offer expert advice regarding the design and manufacture of fibre reinforced composite mouldings.
Clients commission us to collaborate on their projects, to advise on construction, material choice and manufacturing techniques. We also trouble shoot production failures, advise on process improvements and Lean manufacturing as it regards to composite moulding.
Our Expertise
We will also occasionally undertake mould construction contracts and short production runs for various clients. Any mouldings that are constructed are done so at our small workshop in Kent. The components will be produced using RTM, Light RTM or Vacuum Infusion techniques.
Consultancy
Unlikely Developments can provide short term project based support, or longer term technical advice for clients developing closed mould manufacturing capabilities. We can also undertake the role of Technical Representative for companies with a need to have their products presented to, and intergrated into their customer's manufacturing processes.
